The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of David Flanders can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolences

Condolence From: Kay and Bob Kennicutt
Condolence: Many years ago Dave, and I believe it was his dad pulled into our farmyard with a large Airstream trailer with a Missouri License plate. Dad visited with him a long time and showed them a place they could camp. I was just a kid at this time.

Who would have ever thought this was to be the beginning of many more camping trips to Eddyville, NE, and a lifetime of friendships.

When our girls Kris and Kati came along they all looked forward to seeing June and Dave, pulling a jeep with two beautiful Irish Setters come in the yard. They loved the tent, all cozy, and all yummies to eat.

Hunting crew grew and grew. Guy from Kansas City, Topeka, Houston, Salt Lake All becoming great friends.(Not sure why but turned into a great relationship.

Dad & Mom, your Mom and Dad and Mom's sister and her husband, starting to join everybody else for at least one night of singing, lots of food and great drinks.

We all have so many great memories year after year. Oh the stories we could tell.

We loved visiting Lake Lotawana a few times and especially liked waking up in the morning and looking out at the lake.

Our thought and prayers are all headed your way.

Ya know its days like this that we all need
a sip of Sweet Lucky!
Bob and Kay
