I worked with Mike at Jackson County in the MIS department, where I was the computer operations supervisor. The best thing I remember about him was when he asked me if he could take one of my employees. He didn't have to ask since he was like one of my bosses, but he knew how important this employee was to me and he was kind enough to ask. I also remember a time when he had car trouble and I had to take him home from work.

I'm sorry I missed the visitation, wish I could have been there. He was a generous and kind person.

I was a fraternity brother of Mike (better known to me as Learjet). I am very sorry to learn of his passing. So many memories of Learjet-football games and dances at the house, too many parties and not enough studying, playing spades, hanging on the blue wave and much more. He was a great guy and though our paths had not crossed in many years, I still considered him a friend. Again I am very sorry for your lost.
