Gertrude Lucille Allen

Gertrude Lucille Allen, 98, of Independence, MO passed away Wednesday, December 15, 2004. Services will be 2 pm Monday, December 20th at Carson-Speaks Chapel; with interment in Mound Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 1 pm until service time. Memorial contributions are suggested to Gertrude�s Children�s Bible Fund c/o Independence Branch of Jesus Christ Restored Church, 707 Allen Rd. Indep. MO 64050. Gertrude was born January 1, 1906 in Page, WA to James and Sarah Storey. Gertrude was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Guy Allen in 1956; a daughter, Shirley McCaughey; and eleven brothers and sisters. She is survived by her children, Lois Worthington of Branson, MO; DeWayne Allen of North Kingstown, RI; Wanda Farrell of Independence, MO; seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
