Wilma F. Allen

Wilma F. Allen, 89, of Independence, MO passed away Saturday, July 3, 2004 at her home. Services will be 10:00 am, Thu., Jul 8, 2004 at the George C. Carson & Sons Funeral Home, with interment in South Point Cemetery, Orrick, MO. Visitation will be from 6 to 8:00 pm Wed. at the chapel. In Lieu of Flowers contributions are suggested to the Sycamore Hills Baptist Church Building Fund, 15200 E. 39th St. Indep. MO 64055. Wilma was born November 10, 1914 in Ray County, MO to James B. McAfee and Lenora Hall McAfee. She was a homemaker and a devoted member of Sycamore Hills Baptist Church. Wilma was preceded in death by her husband, Harold T. Allen, and is survived by her daughter, Sandra M. Wood of Tempe, AZ; son, Sammy J. Allen of Springfield, MO; grandchildren, Roger Wood, Mandy Koleszar, Susan Wood and Meredith and Casey Allen; great grandchildren, Bennett Allen Wood, Burke McAfee Wood, Collin James Wood; brother, Wilbur McAfee of Warrensburg, MO.
