Frank W. Anderson, 85, of Independence, MO passed away on January 24, 2005 at the Independence Regional Health Center. A visitation will be held from 7-8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 26, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel. The service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday at the chapel with burial at Floral Hills East Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the Poly-Cystic Kidney Foundation. Frank was born on May 4, 1919 in Claysville, MO to Elza and Virgie Anderson. Frank worked for General Motors at the Fairfax Plant for 28 years, where he was known as "Andy Anderson.� He was also a veteran of the United States Army, serving this country in WWII. He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Olive C. Anderson. He is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Virginia and Kenneth Goosey; one sister, Cleo Klingler of North Kansas City, MO; one brother, Donald Anderson of Hartsburg, MO; three grandsons, Kenneth D., Keith D. and Kirk D. Goosey; three great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
