Sara Kay Andrade, 36, of Blue Springs, MO passed away Thursday, April 24, 2014. A visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, May 2, 2014 at Carson Speaks Chapel. A funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 3, at the chapel. Cremation will follow.
Sara was born January 5th, 1978 in Tulsa, OK. She graduated from high school in Kirksville, MO and then her family moved to Trenton, MO where she attended community college. She later attended UMKC in pursuit of her Pharmaceutical Degree. Sara gave birth to three wonderful sons whom she adored. She was their number one supporter through athletics, music programs, and anything they did. Her love for her children was second only to her love for her God. Sara attended Dream Church and supported many of their outreach programs including, Light of Dawn. Despite her struggles in life, including her fight with scleroderma, she was a happy and humble woman who was always willing to give of herself to others, especially her boys. Sara is remembered for her love and kind spirit.
She is survived by her mother, Sharon Gannon of Blue Springs, MO; sons, Steven Andrew, Nathan Andrew, and Dylan Levi; uncles, Jim Gannon of Liberty, MO; Mark Gannon of Plattsburg, MO; and Gary Gannon of Lathrop MO; aunts, Roberta Harkins of Coffeyville, KS; and Kay Howell of Westby, WI; and numerous cousins and church friends who will miss her dearly.
