Alice Anway, 91 of Lee�s Summit, MO passed away on Jun 11, 2004 at the Truman Medical Center Lakewood. Graveside services will be 2:30 pm, Wed Jun 16, 2004 at Woodlawn Cemetery, Independence, MO. Mrs. Anway was born on Feb 23, 1913 to George and Eva Yazel in Lone Tree, MO and had lived in this area most of her life. She was a loving and caring mother and grandmother. She had been a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. Alice was preceded in death by two husbands, L.R. Jipsen and Joseph H. Anway Sr. She is survived by a son, Danny Jipsen and wife Judy. A daughter Janice Leaming and husband, John Brittain, all of Lee�s Summit, MO. A step-son, Joseph H. Anway Jr. One sister, Edna Phelps of Blue Springs, MO. Three grandchildren, two great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
