Kenneth L. "Kenny" Austin

Kenneth L. "Kenny� Austin, 38, Independence, Mo. died Sept. 1, 2004. Kenny was born Jan. 1, 1966 in Indep., Mo. and graduated from Truman High School. He served in the National Guard for eight years. Throughout high school and college he was a star baseball player. Kenny was a dedicated fan of the K.C. Chiefs and Chicago Bulls. He also loved camping and the outdoors. He was preceded in death by his mother, Laverna Austin and brother Freddie Austin. He is survived by father, Lee Austin; brother, Donald Austin; sister, Teresa Burch, all of Indep., MO; aunt, Bonnie Markham, Bates City, MO; nieces Heather Rauter, Holly Austin, Madison Burch; nephews Kenneth Austin, Austin Burch, Travis Austin; and many cousins and friends.
