Edward "Ted" Alan Avery

Edward Alan “Ted” Avery passed away unexpectedly while traveling in Brinnon, WA on October 7, 2022 at the age of 29. Ted is preceded in death by his grandfather, Vern (Jean) Elefson and grandmothers, Jean Weekley and Jerrie Sams. He is lovingly remembered by his father, Michael Avery, Sr., his mother, Beth Avery, grandmother, Elaine Elefson, brothers, Michael Avery, Jr. and Peter Avery, sisters, Kristen Andrews (James), Deanna Avery and Melanie Avery, a niece, Madeline Andrews and a large extended family of aunts, uncles and cousins. Private family burial will be held in Lobb Cemetery and a Celebration of Life honoring his spirit for adventure and life will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, October 23, 2022 at the Living Hope Restoration Branch, 2425 S. Crysler Ave, Independence, MO. Memorial contribution may be donated to the family to assist with bringing Ted home to his final resting place.
