Norma Lee Balke, 85, passed away March 31, 2005 at John Knox Village. Services will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 5, 2005 at the Carson-Speaks Chapel. Burial will be in the Forest Hill Cemetery next to Arch Moran. Norma was born October 19, 1921 in Avant, OK to Howard and Kathryn (Hill) Blevans. She grew and graduated from Odessa High School and was a long time resident of the Blue Ridge area of Kansas City, MO. She was a member of the Blue Ridge Methodist Church. She was married to Arch Edward Moran on September 14, 1952, who preceded in death on September 14, 1974. She then married Clarence Balke on October 9, 1982, he died on November 16, 2002. She is survived by; a brother William E. Blevans and his wife Barbara of Export, PA and seven nieces and nephews in Lodi, California, James (Jim) Casey, Jr., William (Bill) Casey, John (Jack) Casey, Thomas (Tom) Casey, Kathleen Helwig, Coleen Rohde and Sandra Tokunaga. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Evelyn Blevans Casey.
