Diane Barnes (Pugh)

Our dearest mom, Diane Barnes of Lee’s Summit, went to be with her Lord and Savior on October 25, 2017. She leaves behind her brother, three grandchildren, her daughters, Melanie, Melissa and Jennifer and their spouses, and her adorable dog, Rosie. Diane enjoyed her church life and volunteering in the community. She retired from American Century and loved her time there. She’s been an inspiration to her family, friends and church. Her giving spirit will live on in the many lives she touched. Diane’s memorial service is at Speaks Suburban Chapel in Independence, MO, on Saturday, October 28 at 6 p.m. Visitation begins at 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers, you can honor her by donating to LL Dog Rescue.
