Margaret A. Barry

Margaret Barry, 84, of Blue Springs, MO passed away Saturday, November 29, 2003 at St. Mary�s Hospital, Blue Springs, MO. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. at St. John LeLande Catholic Church, Blue Springs, MO, with the burial at Mt. Olivet, Raytown, MO. The visitation will be held on Tuesday at the Speaks Suburban Chapel from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Margaret was a loving Mother and Grandmother who also cared deeply for her extended family at St. Mary�s Manor in Blue Springs. She became known as the "Angel Lady� at St. Mary�s Manor because of her extensive angel collection. She loved flowers, especially orchids as well as Bingo games with her friends. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband of 24 years, David William Barry; and daughter, Brigid Barry. She is survived by four daughters, Michelle Davis and husband Dick, Jane Armstrong-Oyler and husband Tim, Denise Sullivan, and Kathleen Jacobs and husband Brent; two sons, David Barry and wife Margo, and Dennis Barry; one son-in-law, Leo Barry; one sister, Cheri Holt; twenty-two grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
