Earl Dean Bay

Earl Dean Bay, 57, of Independence, MO passed away January 27, 2019. Memorial services will be 11 am Saturday, March 2, 2019 at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church in Independence. Dean was born on June 10, 1961 in Gooding, Idaho to Gary and Phyllis (Shoup) Bay. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Dean was a spiritual man and loved the Lord with all of his heart. Dean was dearly loved and will be forever missed. Survivors include: wife Jeannie Bay; daughter Gracie Bay; father Gary Bay; sister Tamara Constanza; sister Telinda Knight-Higer; brother Phil Knight; extended family and friends. Dean is preceded in death by his mother Phyllis Keever, former wife Charlene Bay, and a niece Trina Clark
