Virginia Beaman

Virginia Beaman, 91, of Independence, MO passed away on March 1, 2006 at the Rosewood Health Center. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Virginia was born on December 30, 1914 in Booneville, MO to Herman and Lula Brandes. She loved being outdoors, and was also a very accomplished seamstress and homemaker. Virginia was a lifelong member of the First Christian Church Disciples of Christ in Independence, MO. She was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Wallace Milton Beaman. Virginia is survived by her two sons, Mike Beaman and his wife Pat, Overland Park, KS, Lindsay Beaman and his wife Liz, San Raefal, CA; one daughter, Sheila Wyss and husband Larry, Lee�s Summit, MO; seven grandchildren, Jim, John, Beth, Max, Anna, Garrett, and Deanna; as well as three great grandchildren, Corbin, MacKenzie and Drake. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Alzheimer�s Association, American Heart Association or the Groves.
