Theodore A. Beck

Theodore Abel Beck, 84, of Overland Park, KS passed away on Friday, December 12, 2003 at the Menorah Medical Center. Services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 20, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel with a separate graveside service on Saturday at 3:00 p.m. at Rose Hill Cemetery, Lamoni, IA. The visitation will be held from 9 to 10:00 a.m. Saturday morning in the chapel. In lieu of flowers contributions may be sent to the Alzheimer�s Association. Theodore was born on February 10, 1919 in Council Bluffs, IA to Theodore and Eva Beck. He was a U.S. veteran of WWII and was a member of the Optimist Club, Iowa State Alumni Association and the Society of Automotive Engineers. His wife, Kathryn M. Beck, precedes him in death. Survivors include three sons, Larry M. Beck, Monte G. Beck and Byron R. Beck; one daughter, Sidna K. Adams; and 12 grandchildren.
