Nadine Benn (Otis)

Nadine Benn, 90, of Independence, MO passed away March 17, 2018. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 22, at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, MO. Nadine was born November 29, 1927 in Overland, MO to Charles and Lila (Ray) Otis. She was a master gardener and was very accomplished at china painting. Nadine was the past president of the Heart of America China Painters, as well as having volunteered her time at MCI and the Vale Mansion. She was preceded in death by her parents; and one son, David Benn. She is survived by her husband, Edward Benn; two sons, Stephen Benn and wife Patricia and Phillip Benn and wife Pam; six grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.
