Glenn Bennett

Glenn Paul Bennett, 65 of Independence, MO passed away Saturday, August 25, 2012. Cremation is planned with a memorial visitation to be held from 6 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday evening at the Speaks Suburban Chapel 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. Donations may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice or to the Friends of Kansas City Animals.org. Glenn was born July 8, 1947 in Pottstown, PA to Paul and Dorothy (Berg) Bennett. At age 14 he began a career as a furniture builder and has passionately pursued that until his passing. He proudly served in the US Air Force during Vietnam from 1966-72 He is survived by; his wife, Linda of the home; a daughter, Rhiannon Talley and husband David of Raytown, MO; his mother, Dorothy Bennett of Tecumseh, MI; his brother, Kurt Bennett of Seattle, WA and his loving dog Bear.
