Trevor Duane Bennum, 20, Kansas City, passed away Tuesday, July 22nd 2003. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, July 26, 2003 at Noland Road Baptist Church, burial in Coffey Cemetery, Coffey , MO. Visitation will be 6 to 9 p.m. at the church. Trevor was born August 29, 1982 to Carl Bennum and Janice Borden in Trenton, MO. He graduated from Wellington-Napoleon High School. Trevor was attending college at Central Missouri State University, and had attended Northwest Missouri State University before being called to serve on active duty for the Missouri Army National Guard. Trevor liked to spend time in the outdoors hunting, fishing and camping. He also enjoyed woodworking and horseback riding. Trevor was a member of Noland Road Baptist Church. He is survived by his father Carl Bennum and partner Tim Hunter; Kansas City, MO; his mother, Janice Borden, and step-father David Borden; Napoleon, MO; sister Amanda Bennum, Kansas City, MO; fianc� Casie Lesher, Westboro, MO; three brothers, Brad and Matt Borden, both of Amity, MO; Levi Borden, Napoleon, MO.; Grandparents, Gerald Bennum, Coffey, MO; Gertie and Darrell McAtee, Independence, MO; Rosalie and Keith Golden, Trenton, MO; Odis and Jeanne Borden, Independence, MO; Richard and Colleene Hunter; Cowgill, MO; and numerous family and friends.
