Eloise Geraldine (Berlekamp) Pack, 84 of Independence, MO passed away Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at her residence. Services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 5, 2017 at the Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave., Independence, MO 64052. Burial will follow in Mound Grove Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 10:00 a.m., until service time Friday at the chapel. Eloise was born February 10, 1933 in Napolean, MO to Urban and Mildred (Breeden) Berlekamp and has been a longtime area resident. She was married to Milton “Jim” Pack who preceded her in death in 2004. Survivors include; 3 children, Allan Faris and wife Mary, Sharon Denham and Sherri Shepherd and her husband Bill all of Independence, MO; 5 siblings all of Richmond, VA; 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
