Beverly Jo Cockriel

Beverly Jo (Gregg) Cockriel, 67 of Independence, MO passed away on Sunday, August 18, 2024 at her residence.  She was born in Independence, MO on January 31, 1957 to Raymond Gregg and Margaret (Owen) Gregg and has been a lifelong area resident. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Richard D. Gregg. Survived by brother Donald R. Gregg, sisters: Sharon L (Gregg) DeLuca & Sam, Alice M (Gregg) Cook & David, Bonnie S. (Gregg) McGee & Phil. And 2 children, Mary McDowell and Adam Cockriel, grandchildren, Alexander Levingston, Belle Hadley and Chance Hadley and many nieces and nephews.  Cremation is planned with a memorial service to be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at the Speaks Buckner Chapel with inurnment immediately following at Buckner Hill Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 9:00 a.m., until service time Wednesday at the chapel.
