Charles R. "Bob" Biggs

Charles R. "Bob� Biggs, 82, of Independence, MO passed away January 1, 2006. A graveside service will be 2 pm Friday, January 6th at Appleton City Cemetery, Appleton City, MO. Visitation will be Thursday from 6 to 8 pm at Carson-Speaks Chapel. Bob was born May 19, 1923 in Appleton City, MO to Edgar and Effie Biggs. He was a veteran of WW II; a lifetime member of the V.F.W. and American Legion. He was a faithful member of River Boulevard Baptist Church, and attended the Palmer Center regularly. Bob is survived by his children, Kathy and Wesley; a sister, Irene Woods; brother, Delbert Biggs; several grandchildren; nephews, Harv, Michael, and Ken.
