Rosemarie Biggs, 58, of Independence, died June 16, 2006 at KU Medical Center. Mrs. Biggs will lie in state at Carson-Speaks Chapel on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. Services will be held on Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at Carson-Speaks Chapel. Cremation will follow. Mrs. Biggs was born on November 6, 1947 in Munich, Germany. Rosemarie loved her children and grandchildren and was especially proud of her sons in the military. She enjoyed puzzles, movies, television, music, collecting dolls and jewelry. She was a kind person who always put others first. She was a graduate of the Dickinson Business School and worked as a records clerk in the banking business. Rosemarie attended Abundant Life Baptist Church, was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles #3717 and was a former member and past President of Fraternal Order of Eagles #385. She married Earl Biggs in Munich, Germany on June 12, 1969. He survives. She is also survived by four sons, twins Richard Earl and his wife Kelli of Ft. Hood, Texas and Jeffery Lee Biggs of San Diego, California, Ronney Joe Biggs and his wife Searena of Lee�s Summit, Mo. and David William Biggs of Richmond, Virginia, eight grandchildren; Nathaniel, Brandon, Brian, Amber, Jordan, Alyssa, Chloe and Jacob and two great grandchildren; Sierra and Christian. She is also survived by one brother Ottmar and two sisters, Ilona and Helga all of Germany. Memorial contributions may be made to Fraternal Order of Eagles #3717 or #385
