Edward Keith Bitzer

Edward Keith Bitzer, 40 of Independence, MO passed away Sunday, June 15, 2003 in Edwardsville, IL. Services will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 20, 2003 at the Speaks Suburban Chapel. Burial will be in Blue Springs Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m., Thursday evening at the chapel. Edward was born February 27, 1963 in Independence, MO to Edward Nelson and Phillis Kay (Moore) Bitzer. Mr. Bitzer was a truck driver for Gainey Transportation Service. He was a veteran of the Navy having served from 1981-83. He is survived by; his parents, Edward N. and Phillis K. Bitzer of Independence, MO; a daughter, Ashley Dawn Bitzer of Springfield, MO; 2 sons, David Allan Bitzer of Independence, MO and Brandon Keith Bitzer of Springfield, MO; a sister, Loretta Lynn Justason of Independence, MO; 3 grandchildren, Kathryn Ann Davis, Brianna Linn Davis and Austin Leroy Davis all of Springfield; 2 grandmothers, Ruby Boatwright of Independence and Mildred Oxley of Lee�s Summit, MO; a niece Angela Justason; 2 nephews, Arik and Adam Justason; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
