Blanca Azucena Sanchez

Blanca Azucena Sanchez passed away in Kansas City, Missouri on Friday, March 7, 2025 at the age of 43 years. She was born on May 9,1981 in Chihuahua, Mexico to Eleodoro Sanchez and Edelmira Chaparro and moved to the United States in 2000. 

She was a very happy, sweet young woman who was easy to befriend because of her simplicity and kindness. Always happy to be able to help others. She married Jose' Rodriguez and they had 3 children, Sarai (age 19), Samantha (age 17) and Gabriel (age 11). 

Blanca enjoyed music, loved to sing and dance and most of all enjoyed spending time with her family. 

She is survived by her 11 siblings; Agueda, Artemio, Apolinar, Andres, Numila, Regulo, Advino, Rita, Gil, (Edith +) Adra and Selene Sanchez Chaparro and numerous nephews, nieces and extended family. 

She made so many close friends at her jobs, McDonalds and Hawaiian Bros. They showed her respect, support and kindness at all times in her battle with cancer. She was our warrior R.I.P.

A memorial service will be held at 4pm on Friday, March 14th at Speaks Suburban Chapel in Independence, Mo. Her visitation will follow from 5-8pm. Cremation will follow.
