Ladona Blann

LaDona “Jane” Blann, 60, Blue Springs, MO passed away Oct. 26, 2013. Services will be 2 pm, Thursday, Oct. 31 at Speaks Buckner Chapel, 300 Adams Buckner, MO 64016; interment at Buckner Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 pm Wed. at the chapel. Jane was born March 18, 1953 in Independence, MO and graduated from Truman High School in the Class of 1971. She worked at the Lake City Plant for twenty-eight years before retiring in 2012. She enjoyed camping, fishing and solving any kind of puzzle but most of all loved her grandkids. Jane was preceded in death by granddaughter Rachel, sister Sandy Piveral and brother Donald Chamberlain II. She is survived by daughters Michelle Blann, of the home; Janelle Abbott, Nixa, MO; sisters Susan Butricks and husband Edward; Lynda Kelley, all of Merriamwoods, MO; brother Alan Chamberlain and wife Donna, Independence, MO; grandchildren Erikka, Izzy, Dominic and Dani.
