Matthew Fleet Bobak, 56, Blue Springs, MO passed away Monday, December 30, 2013.
Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 5, 2013 at Carson-Speaks Chapel; 1501 W. Lexington Ave., Independence, MO 64052. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Harvest Baptist Church; Blue Springs, MO.
Matthew was born September 14, 1957 in Sugar Creek, MO the son of Michael and Erma Z. (Simpson) Bobak. He was an avid KC Chiefs fan. Matthew loved music and was an outstanding piano player.
He is survived by his loving wife, Kerrie Bobak of 32 years; son, Michael Fleet Bobak; daughters, Jennifer Nicole Bobak, and Michelle Zoe-May Plubell and husband Brian; six grandchildren; sisters, Vicki Spruill, Nan Prather; brother, Mark Bobak; and numerous nieces, nephews, and family.
