Joseph H. Bogue

Joseph H. Bogue, 86, of Kansas City, MO passed away on Thursday, March 23, 2006 at Hidden Lake Care Center. A visitation will be held from 6-8:00 p.m. on Monday, March 27, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel. Services 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, at the chapel. Burial at Buckner Hill Cemetery. Joe was born on June 15, 1919 in Ogden, Utah to Chancy and Maude (Payton) Bogue. He was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Independence, serving as a Deacon for many years. He was also a member of the Plumbers and Pipefitters Union, Local #533 for 58 years. Joe was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Dorothy Bogue. He is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Gregory Gore, of Gaithersburg, MD; daughter, Laura Bogue, of Kansas City, MO; sister, Blanche Smith, of Mexico, MO; and grandchildren, Ben and Simone Gore.
