Virginia Lou Bogue (Vance)

Virginia Bogue, 92, of Independence, MO passed away January 29, 2018. A visitation will be held from 12-2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 2, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO. A 2:30 p.m. graveside service will follow the visitation at the Buckner Hill Cemetery. Virginia was born June 3, 1925 in Buckner, MO to David and Emma Lou (Craven) Vance. She will be remembered as a woman who was good-humored and absolutely loved her children and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Bogue; and son, David Bogue. Virginia is survived by two sons, Vance Gerald Bogue and Bruce Alan Bogue and wife Yolaunda; daughter, Jerilyn Lou Womack; eleven grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; multiple nieces and other loving family members.
