Marie Bonville

Marie J. Bonville, 91, of Independence, MO passed away Friday, August 10, 2007 at Rosewood Health Center. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 14, 2007 at Carson-Speaks Chapel. Visitation will be 6-8:00 p.m. Monday August 13, 2007 in the chapel. Burial in Mt. Washington Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Maywood Baptist Church. Marie was born February 14, 1916 in Kansas City, MO to Rollo Thomas and Inez Faye (Shank) Jeffries. She was Baptist by faith and a very active member of Maywood Baptist Church having been a Trustee. Mrs. Bonville was known for her outgoing, caring personality and strength of character. She loved her family dearly and always supported them. Marie is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Bonnie and Will Marx; grandchildren Leigh Ann Martin, Jeffrey Snow, Kristen Paialii, Gregg Snow; seven great-grandchildren; sister Marion Clemens. She was preceded in death by her husband Rudy Bonville in 1974; daughter Barbara Snow in 1997; brothers Richard and Bob Jeffries.
