Wanda Marilyn Bosley, 77 of Independence, MO passed away, Saturday, June 11, 2016 at her residence. Graveside services will be held at 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at the New Hope Cemetery in Liberty, MO. The family will greet friends from 6-8:00 p.m., Monday, June 13, 2016 at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. Donations may be made in her name to the Gentiva Hospice. Wanda was born June 14, 1938 in Higginsville, MO to Walter Franklin and Elizabeth Lavern (Burton) Peppers. She was a beloved wife, mother and homemaker who enjoyed camping, fishing, crafts and ceramics. She had worked at Daisy Products making can openers, and later for Temp Masters making thermostats for a number of years until she retired in 1988. She was married to Fred L. Bosley on October 9, 1954; he preceded her in death in 1985. Survivors include: 10 children, Robert Bosley, Terry “Tubby” Bosley, Larry “Skeeter” Bosley, James “Jamie” Bosley, David Bosley, Sandy Pangburn, Tracy Bosley, Kim Moore, Chadwick “Mitch” Bosley and Charles “Danny” Bosley; 17 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 2 sons, Freddie “JR” Bosley, Jr in 2008 and Randy Bosley in 1961, 2 sisters, Nida Jane Evans in 1995 and Helen Francine Bosley in 2006.
