A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 9, at the Suburban Chapel. Jane was the hub of her family. Whenever you were with her, you felt like you were home. She cared for everyone, cooked for everyone, and loved everyone. She also loved the companionship of the cats she rescued and enjoyed all beautiful things, whether flowers, art, good deeds, or laughter. The beautiful thing she enjoyed most was kind people, and she surrounded herself with them. When you were with her, you couldn’t help but be one. We miss her dearly. Jane was born September 14, 1942, in Kansas City, Kansas; married Paul Briseno on June 6, 1964; and had three daughters. She is preceded in death by her parents; two half sisters, Dorothy Hollingsworth and Betty Reynolds; and one sister, Ruby Roy. Survivors include her husband, Paul; daughter Michelle McClellan and her husband Kent; daughter Victoria and her husband Roger Siebert; daughter Nicole and her husband Thy Nguyen; sister Grace Adams; half sisters Marie Link and Barbara Justiss; two grandchildren; and many, many friends. In lieu of sending flowers, please make a donation to Wayside Waifs in her name.
