Christopher A. "Chris� Brown, 35, of Independence, MO, passed away Saturday, June 3, 2006. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 8, 2006 at Carson-Speaks Chapel. Visitation will be 6-8:00 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Chris Brown Memorial Fund c/o Union Bank. Chris was born February 7, 1971 in Independence, MO to Robert L. and Donna L. (Miller) Brown II. He was a very humble person who put his wife and children first in his life. He was a graduate of DeVry University, worked in the electronics industry and enjoyed coaching his son�s baseball team in his spare time. Chris is survived by his wife Santina (Crawford) Brown; sons Austin and Matthew Brown, step-daughter Jessica Cloughley; mother Donna Miller-Brown, father Robert Brown and his wife Melinda; sister Caley A. Hammett and husband Kris; maternal grandmother Isabelle Hershey; in-laws Rosalie Orr, Steve and Maria Crawford; and a host of family and special friends.
