David John Bruckner

David John Bruckner, of Independence, MO a man of God, passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2022 .He was 62 years old. David was born on August 14, 1959 in Warrensburg, Missouri, to Bernard and Anna Bruckner (Bormann). He graduated from Fort Osage High School in the class of 1977. David was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend, who loved playing games and was always ready to spend time with his family. For over 25 dedicated years, he worked for Arrow Acquisitions as a computer programmer and had been planning on retiring. Those that knew David, knew him as a devout Christian, who was a proud member of the Church of God Kansas City for 10 years. He was an avid chess player and computer enthusiast, who had a passion for technology. David loved nature and enjoyed camping and canoeing and he will be deeply missed.

David is survived by his 2 brothers; 3 sisters; and 11 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Anna Marie Bruckner.

A private service for the family to honor David was held on Monday, April 11, 2022. David was laid to rest at Oak Ridge Memory Gardens in Independence, MO.
