Patsy Ruth Bryant

Patsy Ruth Bryant, 80 of Independence, passed away Fri. Jun 9, 2006 at the Medical Center of Independence. Services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, Jun. 12, 2006 at the Carson- Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave. Indep. MO with the visitation being held one hour prior to the service. Burial in Mt. Washington Forever Cemetery. Contributions are suggested to the American Heart Association. Mrs. Bryant was born on Jul 16, 1925 in Bevier, MO and had lived in the Independence area most of her life. She was a loving homemaker and great neighbor to all. She enjoyed cooking, especially making Peanut Brittle and sharing it with family and friends. She had been a member of Fairmount Christian Church for many years. Mrs. Bryant was preceded in death by her husband Robert E. Bryant, a son, Robert E. Bryant, jr. and a brother, John Smith. She is survived by a grandson, Kevin Bryant and his wife Melissa of Jackson, TN. A brother George Smith and wife Doris of Blue Springs, MO and several nieces and nephews.
