Louise E. Burcham, 87, Independence, MO passed away Jan. 6, 2009. Graveside services will be at 11 am, Friday, Jan. 9, 2009 at Woodlawn Cemetery preceded by a visitation from 9:00 �" 10:30 am at Speaks Suburban Chapel. The family suggests contributions to Kendallwood Hospice, 2908 NW Vivion Rd., K. C., MO 64150.
Louise was born July 11, 1921 in Independence, MO and spent her entire life there. She enjoyed flower gardening and tending the ornamental ponds in her yard.
Louise was preceded in death by her husband William B. Burcham; daughter Sherry Cash; son Steve Burcham; sisters Mary Ford, Sue Watson, Frances Hieronymus, Virginia Parker; brothers Bill Julian, Virgil Julian and Sam Julian. She is survived by daughter Billie Dodson, Independence, MO; son Rob Burcham and wife Nancy, Lee’s Summit, MO; daughter-in-law Billie Burcham, Kansas City, MO; ten grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
