PERSILLA “PATRICIA” BURCHELL
Patricia Burchell, 82, of Independence, MO passed away Monday, October 14th 2013. A visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, October 17th 2013. A funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 18th 2013. Burial at Mt. Washington, Independence. Pat was born January 28th 1931 in Kansas City, MO to Clarence E. and Julia (Leigh) Minnick as one of two children. She worked for over 20 years at Armco Steel. Pat enjoyed taking her family to the lake house, playing cards, and yard work. She is loved and will be missed. Pat is survived by daughters, Donna Keiser (Donald DeWolf) of Kansas City, MO; Nancy Williams (Dan) of Grain Valley, MO; Carol Simms (Robert) of Independence, MO; grandchildren, Jonathan Thornton (Sarah) of Blue Springs, MO; Karla Mickelson (Dennis) of Grain Valley, MO; Jennifer Simms of Independence, MO; six great-grandchildren, Kaylee, Donovan, Cameron, Kaitlyn, Will, and Mason. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Donald Hutchins; second husband, Richard Burchell; brother, Ed Minnick; and great grandchildren, Charlie and Patrick.
