Evelyn A. Butler, 60, of Independence, Missouri died February 24, 2007. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 6-8 pm at Carson-Speaks Chapel. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, February 28th at 10:00 am at Carson-Speaks Chapel. Graveside Services will be held on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. at the Mission Ridge Cemetery in Urbana, Missouri. Evelyn was born in Independence, Missouri on April 6, 1946 the daughter of Alfred and Bessie (Hodges) Keesee. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and going to Country Music shows. Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband Theodore "Ted� Butler Sr. on January 26, 2003. She is survived by two children, Ted Butler Jr. and his wife Sondra of Independence, Mo. and Tammy Brouse of Raymore, Mo., six grandchildren, two step children, Jeff Butler and his wife Jamie of Grain Valley, Mo., and Debbie Osgood and husband Jim of Independence, four step grandchildren and several step great grandchildren, a sister, Helen Bushnell and husband Don of Redway, Ca., two brothers Loren Keesee and wife Wanda of Independence, Mo. and Vernon Keesee and wife Donna of Wheatland, Mo.
