John Butts Iii

John D. Butts III, 51, of Independence, MO, passed away Sunday, December 16, 2007 at his home. Cremation. John was born July 12, 1956 in Independence, MO to John D. Butts Jr. and Renee (Ungerer) Butts, one of eight children. He was known as a gentle giant. Mr. Butts loved his family dearly. They were the light of his life! John is survived by his mother, Renee Butts; children Nicole, Christy, Tracy, John IV, and Debbie; 13 grandchildren; siblings Martha, Mary, Michael, Daniel, Raymond, George and Patrick; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. John was preceded in death by his father John Jr. in 1996.
