Rex Carmean

Rex Carmean, 70 of Independence, MO passed away Sunday, August 14, 2022 at her residence. Cremation is planned with a celebration of life to be held to be held at 6:00 p.m., Thursday evening at the Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave., Independence, MO 64052. Rex was born August 17, 1951 in Austin, TX to Robert and LouAnn (Bragg) Carmean and has been a longtime area resident, graduating from Truman High School in 1969. She had worked in the family business, Carmean Inc. most of her life. She enjoyed playing pool, jigsaw puzzles, she was a cat lover and Halloween was her favorite holiday. She is survived by; Her husband Randy Mueller of the home; a daughter, Monica James of Independence, MO; a sister, Pamela Johnson of Independence, MO; a aunt, Nonnie Nutting of Austin, TX; 4 grandchildren, Danel, Krystal, Dylan and Christian and 8 great grandchildren, Rebecca, Blake, Kylie, Joshy, Michael, Nina, Spencer and Daylen.
