Cynthia Dawn Carson, 52 of Brandon, FL passed away Monday, April 13, 2020. Private family services and interment will be in Oakland Cemetery in Independence, MO. Cynthia was born July 28, 1967 in Kansas City, MO to David E. and Marie O. (Wenskaug) Duane and spent her early life in Independence. She relocated to Florida where she worked International Trade Banker for a number of years.
