Lily Bell Chadwick, 70, Independence, MO passed away Saturday, May 31, 2014.
Lily was born March 13, 1944. She was a graduate of Westport High School. Lily worked for a number of years as store manager for Payless Shoes. She was a member of the Independence Christian Center. Lily enjoyed bowling, fish, and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
Survivors include her loving husband, Ed Chadwick; sons, Brian Chadwick and wife Trina, Steve Stufflebean and wife Beth; nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and additional family and friends.
Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at Speaks Suburban Chapel; 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. Graveside services will be at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Mt.
