William Chard Jr., 77, of Harrisonville, MO passed away Sunday, December 14, 2003 at Camden Care Center. Visitation will be 7-8:30 pm Wednesday, December 17, 2003 at Speaks Midtown Chapel. Services will be 10:00 am Thursday at the chapel. Burial will be in Mt. Washington Cemetery. William was born February 27, 1926 in Medford, NJ to William and Helen (Miller) Chard Sr. Mr. Chard was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years in 2000, Dorothy Frances Chard. He is survived by his sons Bill Chard III (Wanda); Bobby Chard; Sam Chard (Debbie) all of Independence, MO; daughter Sharlene Oliphant (Gary) of Levasy, MO; 6 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
