Ronald Chrisco

Ronald N. “Ronnie” Chrisco, 70, of Blue Springs, MO, passed away, Saturday, July 5, 2014 at his residence. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 10, 2014 at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. Burial will follow in Mt. Washington Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 1:00 p.m., until service time Thursday at the chapel. Ronnie was born December 17, 1943 in Shannon County, MO to Darcie E. and Mary M. (Braden) Chrisco. He had worked as a truck driver for 28 years for Yellow Freight until he retired in 2001. He was an avid golfer. Ron was beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother who is survived by; his former wife of 14 years, Bev Chrisco; 2 daughters, Jonni Coomer and husband Mark and Leisa Grossman and husband Russel; 3 sons, John Duval, Mark Duval and Rob Duval; 4 sisters, Debbie Carol Kassien, Marcella Walker and Marian Peek and Mickey Layman; a brother, Chris Braden; 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Sharon Lee Chrisco in 1999, a son Darrell Duval and 3 brothers, Darrell Chrisco, Charles Chrisco and Jim Chrisco.
