Tobie Lee Claphan, 53, of Grain Valley, MO passed away Thursday April 15, 2004 at St. Mary�s Hospital Blue Springs. Memorial Services are scheduled 11:00 am Monday, April 19, 2004 at East Side Baptist Church. Cremation. Tobie was born November 26, 1950 in Detroit, MI to Abraham and Mildred (Green) Reichman. Mrs. Claphan is survived by her children Don Claphan (April) of Oak Grove, MO, Christina Claphan of Tulsa, OK, Leslie Keys (Keldon) of Grain Valley, MO; grandchildren Ryan and Bryana Claphan, Kiah Keys; mother Mildred Martz; sisters Sheila Morgan, Beverly Selph, Reva Reichman, brother I.A. Reichman; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Tobie was preceded in death by her husband Michael Claphan in January 2004.
