Charles M. “Chuck” Clements, 52, of Blue Springs, MO, passed away unexpectedly Monday, December 31, 2007 at Centerpoint Medical Center. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 5, 2008 at the Speaks Suburban Chapel. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Memory Gardens. The family will greet friends from 6 to 8:00 p.m., Friday evening at the chapel. Chuck was born June 12, 1955 in Independence, MO to John and Bettie (Adcock) Clements and has been a lifelong area resident graduating from William Chrisman High School in 1973. He had worked in the forklift industry for over 30 years most recently for Oram Material Handling in Kansas City, KS. Chuck was a fun loving man who enjoyed NASCAR, boating, golf and spending time with his family. He was married to Roxann “Evon” Heitman on August 14, 1976, she survives of the home. Other survivors include; Jamie Wimberly and husband Joe of Mayview, MO and Christi Burge and husband Brett of Blue Springs, MO; 2 brothers, John Clements of Independence, MO and Keith Clements of Rusk, TX; 2 sisters, Nancy Clements of Independence, MO and Connie Holt of Lee’s Summit, MO; his mother, Bettie Clements of Independence, MO; 3 grandchildren, Jakob, Jakson and Josie Wimberly and his mother and father-in-law, Lester and Shirley Heitman of Independence, MO.
