Herbert Lee Cole

Herbert Lee Cole, 70 of Princeville, IL passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria, IL. Services will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, February 23, 2019 at the Buckner Community of Christ. Burial will follow in Buckner Hill Cemetery.
Herbert was born September 16, 1948 in Galesburg, IL to Raymond Eugene and Alvene Renee (Fahnstrom) Cole. He had worked as an assembly line worker for Admiral Manufacturing Company for a number of years until he retired. Survivors include; 2 sons, Steven Cole and wife Valarie of Princeville, IL; Kevin Cole of Rockford, IL; a daughter, Karrie Marie Cole of California; step daughters Lisa Hoffman and husband Jim of Blue Springs, MO; Camilleia Leighty and husband Larry of Blue Springs, MO; Reginna Parker and husband Stacey of Ozark, MO; a sister, Edith M. (Cole) Hunter and husband Donald of Blue Springs, MO; 3 brothers, Dale R. Cole and wife Dixie Williams Cole of Monmouth, IL, Eugene R. Cole and wife Taresa of Blue Springs, MO and Larry E. Cole and wife Rowena of Oak Grove, MO; 8 grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren; one great grandchild, 4 nieces, 5 nephews, 4 great nieces and 6 great nephews. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Claude E. Cole of Henderson IL, his maternal grandparents Beulah and Casey Fahnstrom, his parents Aldene Mary (Fahnstrom) and his father, Raymond Lee Cole.
