Rosalina Collazo

Rosa Collazo, 85 passed away Sat, Mar. 18, 2006 in Independence. Private services will be held on Tue. Mar 21, 2006 at the Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave., Indep. MO. Burial in Mt. Washington Forever Cemetery. Mrs. Collazo was born on May 12, 1920 to Eladio and Catalina (Pena) Garcia in Puerto Rico. She was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed needlework, embroidery and baking cookies. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Rosa was preceded in death by her husband, Bart in 1983. She is survived by a son, David Collazo of Austin, TX. Two daughters, Nydia Knight and husband, Richard and Carmen Cox and husband Dean, all of Lee�s Summit. Five Grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and a great great grandson.
