Frances V. Cook

Frances V. Cook, 60 of Independence, passed away Sat. Jul 22, 2006. Services will be 2:00 pm Thu. Jul 27 at the Miracle Temple, 11200 Sheley Rd. Indep. MO. With visitation being held one hour prior to the service. Burial in Lobb Cemetery. Mrs. Cook was born on Nov 19, 1945 in St. Francis County, MO to Everett and Ethel Woods. She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister who enjoyed quilting and being an active in a prayer partner ministry. She was a member of the Miracle Temple. Frances is survived by a son, Darren Cook of Texas. A daughter, Donna Cook of Independence; five grandchildren; one brother, Spencer Wood of Kentucky; three sisters, Doris Bereniski and Carol McCord both of St. Genevieve County, MO and Pat Hall of Farmington, MO and by several nieces and nephews. Frances was the light at the end of the tunnel and she will continue shining on all her family and friends.
