Keith Allen Cooper of Oak Grove, MO, was a simple man who never complained or let anyone down. He passed away on August 24, 2021 at the age of 65. Keith was born on November 8, 1955 in Osage, Iowa to William and Deloris Cooper. He graduated from Raytown South High School in Raytown, MO (class of 1974). On February 27, 1988, Keith married the love of his life, Teresa Morlan, in Leawood, KS. He was a wonderful husband, and father to his 4 children: Christina, Brian, Brad and Gaige. If there was anything that Keith loved to do the most, it was being a dad and being with his family. Keith worked at General Motors Fairfax Plant in Kansas City, Kansas for 36 years. His family knew him as a hard worker, never missing any days. He took pride in passing on his strong work ethic values to his children. He never hesitated to drop everything if his children called or needed him. He loved being able to help his children. He never complained about the task that was needed to be completed no matter how tedious it was. He was just always happy to help. Keith enjoyed being a homebody, catching a Kansas City Chiefs game and watching NASCAR races with his children. He had a love for Dr. Pepper. You would likely see him with a Dr. Pepper in his hand. Keith was a stubborn man no doubt but he had an infectious laugh that will be missed by many. He is survived by his children, Christina Cooper, Brian Cooper, Brad Cooper, and Gaige (Kyrsten) Tosspon. His grandchildren, Brennan Cooper, Brittney Cooper, Dayton Cooper, and Carinne Magee. His siblings, Dean (Vickie) Cooper, Gloria Klingston, and Lynn Cooper. He was preceded in death by his wife of 23 years, Teresa Cooper; his sister, Connie Miller, and his parents, William and Deloris.
