Sandra L. Cordon, 56 of Independence, MO passed away Wed., July 16, 2003 at her home. Memorial services will be 2:00 pm, Monday, Jul 21, 2003 at the George C. Carson & Sons Funeral Home, with visitation being held one hour prior to the service. Mrs. Cordon was born on Sep. 15, 1946 to Charles and Betty Woodward and has lived in this area most of her life. She had been a Nurse at KU Medical Center and was of the Lutheran faith. Sandra is survived by her husband, Gerald L. Cordon of the home. Two sons and their wives, Scott and Kathy Cordon of Brandon, FL and Rodney and Dawna Cordon of Independence, MO. Two daughters and their husbands, Cynthia and Leon Brown of Independence, MO and Karen and Bill Mitchell of Cross Timbers, MO. Ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
